Privacy policy
What data noxel.space receives, why, and what happens to it. In short: we only see what you write to us yourself, plus visit statistics if you allow them.

Who processes the data
The data controller is the Noxel Lab studio. Send questions about your data to hello@noxel.space. We reply within 10 working days.
What we receive
- What you write yourself. When you email us or message us on Telegram: your name, a contact to reply to (email, Telegram handle or phone) and your message.
- Server logs. The hosting provider records the IP address, time and address of each request. This keeps the site running and lets us protect it from attacks.
We don’t ask for passport details, payment details or health information, and we don’t collect data about children.
Why
- To reply to your request, discuss the project, and prepare and perform a contract.
We don’t use this data for advertising and we don’t sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you write to us yourself. Discussing a project is also needed to sign a contract at your request.
Who we share it with
- The hosting provider keeps server logs.
Nobody else, unless the law directly requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests and correspondence: while we discuss or work on the project and for one year after the last message. Contract documents: as long as accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we’ll delete everything the law doesn’t oblige us to keep.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Just write to hello@noxel.space. If you think we’re breaking the law, you can complain to Roskomnadzor or to the data protection authority in your country.
