Consent to personal data processing

To whom

By sending a request on noxel.space, I freely and in my own interest consent to the Noxel Lab studio (the operator) processing my personal data on the terms below.

What data

My name, a contact to reply to (email, Telegram handle or phone number), the text of the request and anything else I put in it.

Why

So the operator can contact me about the request, discuss the project, and prepare and sign a contract.

What may be done with it

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means.

Transfer abroad

Requests reach the operator through Telegram, whose servers are outside Russia. I agree to this cross-border transfer of the data in my request for the purpose above.

Term and withdrawal

The consent lasts while we discuss or work on the project and for one year after the last message, or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by writing to hello@noxel.space. The operator will then stop processing and delete the data within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it.
